A Sad Ghost

Once upon a time, there was a Jordan family that moved to a beautiful new house. After shifting to the new place, they soon discovered that the house was haunted. The story began when the family was asleep in warm beds in their rooms. At midnight, a silvery white ghost appeared when one of the sons, Peter, had gone to the kitchen to look for something to eat. The spirit made a spooky sound, due to which Peter screamed and fainted. No one, except his sisters, listened to his cry, so the twins decided to find out what the matter was behind the spooky sound. First, they looked under their beds, behind the sofas, in the washroom, and then around the house. Still, they couldn’t find where the noise had come from. In the morning, Peter, terrified and disturbed, recounted the whole situation to his parents. Later that day, the twin sisters also heard a cry outside. Being adventurous, they got their parents’ permission to play out. Their mother replied, “Of course, you can go, but first eat something and dress properly”.

After doing so, they quickly raced outside and started looking for the source of the creepy sound and were shocked to find a ghost crying. Worried, one of the sisters asked the ghost what the matter was while shaking. The ghost replied sadly, “I am a good ghost, and I don’t want to scare people. But everyone is frightened of me; I’m distraught; Please help me”. After saying this, the ghost again started crying. The other sister, trying to calm the ghost down, told the ghost that their dad was an inventor and that she hoped he would be able to help the ghost. After this, the girls raced inside the house and began looking for their father. The girls found their dad in the attic, but he was busy making his new potion. When he saw them, he said, “I’m trying to make a no spooky sound juice”. The sisters were elated; it was exactly what they wanted. So they asked their dad for the potion once it was ready and gave it to the ghost – now their good friend. The ghost drank it all up, and he again went to Jordon’s house at night. But this time around, when he tried to make the noise, he couldn’t. The ghost was glad at this and thanked the sisters for their help. Nobody got scared after this, and the Jordans and the ghost lived happily and peacefully ever after.
